In my opinion, houses which fall in the category satisfy a few common criteria:
1) Single storey (most of the time) or double storey
2) Original condition (typically more than 15 years of age)
3) Freehold or 999 leasehold
4) Suitable for sub-division, ie upgrade from a semi-detached to a bungalow, or rebuild to a pair of semi-detached or a row of terrace houses

Resale Houses For SALE

From my experiences, I will classify these houses with a few common criteria:
1) Two storey, two and a half storey or three storey
2) Either fully renovated condition, or require some A&A or minor renovation
3) Suitable for buyers who do not want to rebuild due to the shorter time frame

This category of “resale houses” fall into a wide category, and there are about 40 of such houses within Seletar Hills Estate, hence it is quite impossible to feature all of them.
